  We had an excellent experience with Dr. Manilla and his staff. I found their quote to be lower than a few others around our area. Over the last two years, they have been so flexible and kind as we have tried to schedule appts around school and sports. I have two more kids who might be potential candidates for orthodontics and we would definitely choose Dr. Manilla's office for their needs!

  Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Dr. Manilla and his staff in both the West Chester and Hamilton offices. My son just got his braces off and we are so pleased with the results and the customer service. It has been 19 months since our first visit and we have no complaints, only praise. They are very professional, kind, understanding and helpful...couldn't ask for a better experience! They explained everything and helped us make the best choice possible for our situation and our specific needs. They become very familiar with you as a patient ...you are not just a number. And they are oh so accommodating as at times there were emergency appointments necessary and they fit us in and did it with a smile! Thank you so much for everything and I will be recommending your practice to anyone I know who needs orthodontia work in the future.

  What a great experience we've had with Dr. Manilla and his team! My son got his braces off today and we are thrilled with the results. The customer service here is off the charts. Every single staff member is professional, kind and encouraging. Dr. Manilla especially is so fun-loving & truly has a heart for all of his patients. There were times throughout the process that my son needed to be "encouraged" to step up his game with his brushing... Dr. Manilla's staff handled this wonderfully. We highly recommend this team of professionals!
