- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience ever! My grandfather passed away two days ago and somehow I got pink eye! In the minst of planning his funeral I found an hour to stop at urgent care to get prescription eye drops. The receptionist that checked me in was horrible! I asked politely how long the wait was and how much the visit would be since I had a high deductible through my insurance. She was completely rude and gave me no information and made me feel uncomfortable! The doctor came into the room and looked at me for less than 30 seconds and rushed out of the room giving me no time to ask questions! When I checked out I asked the rude receptionist for the location of the pharmacy and her response was "idk the number is listed on your paperwork you will have to call" they need some serious work on customer service! Or maybe they should find different careers if they are so miserable, I would give this location zero stars if I could!
