  I arrived at 2:50 pm and my appointment was at 3:00 pm. The room was full but still remained optimistic. I waited, waited and waited. Finally the doors were locked and I was the only one remaining. I was taken back at 5:10 pm! Now your probably thinking why didn't I leave. I have bad Stigmatism and really needed my eyes checked. I NEVER had such a slopped through eye examination. Two of the office personnel were in a tense discussion who should stay and then began to discuss my case as if I was invisible. How rude. When I did see Dr. Love of course he appeared 'spent' and I was talking fast trying to explain my history of Iritis because he was hurrying writing, talking with the assistant at the same time. I was not taken seriously and he doubted I even had it. Really? So he's contradicting CEI? Hello? I have the HLAb27 antigen which is a main cause of Iritis. He knew that as well. There was no way I could have trusted I received the correct prescription for my new glasses. What a waste of money and time. This review is long overdue. I JUST got of the phone with my father. Yep, same story,that is, waited in a full room and was rushed. My father does not trust he received an adequate prescription as well. Dr. Love is not going to get a loving review from me!
